Meenakshi is a Celta-certified English teacher by vocation. She has volunteering experience teaching English at an NGO for low-income women in Singapore and to immigrants and refugees in the U.S.

Smita has over three decades of experience in the development sector. Having held senior positions in HelpAge India and Smile Foundation, she advises grassroots nonprofits.
