Our Methodology
We have structured our entire operational pipeline around three core pillars. This specialized curriculum helps each child learn and progress at their own pace.
Diagnosis / Testing
Using NIMHANS battery / Grade Level Assessment Device (GLAD), we assess the actual learning level of every child.
Teacher Training
Our Skills Educators are trained to effectively manage diverse classrooms, with a strong focus on developing essential learning skills and fostering discipline in students. We have weekly interactions with them, and also intensive training sessions twice a year, for further language development and creativity in teaching.
Curriculum Rollout
We help students master complex concepts with the help of scaffolding methods, while also using multisensory learning that focuses on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), we provide support in small groups and individually, when needed. We assess each child's progress throughout the year.
